About us

Staffing built from the bedside.

When a shift goes uncovered, the impact reaches far beyond the schedule. The care team has to stretch further, leaders are left making difficult decisions, and patients may wait longer for the care they need. We’ve worked in those environments. That’s why we started Seamless Clinical Coverage.

SCC is a clinician-owned healthcare staffing company built by providers with more than 30 years of combined experience in healthcare. We know what it takes to walk into a new facility, earn a team’s trust, and care for patients while learning how that team works. We bring that perspective to every placement we make.

Our work begins with hospital medicine and psychiatric care, backed by a network of clinicians across additional specialties. We also maintain reserve staff prepared to help when coverage needs change. Whether a facility is planning ahead or facing an unexpected gap, we start by listening. We want to understand the setting, the schedule, and the kind of provider who will work well with the team. A résumé alone cannot tell us all of that.

We also know that staffing needs rarely end once a provider accepts an assignment. Credentialing, scheduling, and communication all matter. We stay engaged throughout the process so facilities know who to reach and providers have the information they need to arrive prepared.

We built SCC to be the kind of staffing partner we would want beside us: responsive, straightforward, and invested in the people doing the work.

“Because when coverage comes together, the team can focus on what matters most: caring for patients.”
